When your son asks for a laser party, and your town, doesn't have anything of the sort, what do you do......? You create your own!! This party took a lot of thought. First of all, he wanted a Lego Star Wars party. Well...they werent any Star Wars decorations. So I had to create my own! I used the trusty old Cricut to do just that. First, to create some type of maze, I took cardboard sheets, and covered them with tablecovers. They looked too plain for me. I used the Cricut to cut out space designs. Then I painted them with blacklight paint. Next, I created balloon pillars to help control the flow of the maze. I hung many blacklights throughout to make everything glow. Another helpful tool was regular glow sticks. I used many of them for this party. I then made laser guns from marshmallow shooters. The kids had a BLAST!! Enjoy!
